Return & Refund

All products are made to order specifically for each customer.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

incorrect size selection

change of mind

buyer’s remorse

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, mislabeled, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

a description of the issue

clear photos of the product

We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
In most cases, you will not be required to return the item.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order appears lost in transit or is significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll help resolve the issue.

If tracking shows the order as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors, secure delivery locations, or your local carrier. If you still need help, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Incorrect address or failed delivery

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was unclaimed, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

EU & UK customers

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom:

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

You then have an additional 14 days to return the item.

Conditions:

items must be unused and in original condition

customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

Refunds:

refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods

This does not affect your rights if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Additional rights

Customers may have additional rights depending on their country of residence.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
